When will my items ship?
As we heat transfer our designs, each of our items are made to order. This ensures the quality of each piece isn't compromised by mass production. Please allow up to 7 days for your items to be made and shipped. Holiday and busy times may add a few days to your wait time. Thank you in advance for your patience.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Just make sure the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at auwtinfo@gmail.com. We will guide you through the return process. We ask that you purchase your own shipping label for the return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at auwtinfo@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right for you.
Can I return sale items or gift cards?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us!
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
